Our candles are hand crafted. Appearance, color, and scent may vary between batches, and photographs are illustrative. Review the current product description before ordering. Products, prices, and availability may change; a cart does not reserve inventory.
Orders and payments
Payments are processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s applicable terms. Review the items, quantities, shipping charge, and total shown at checkout before authorizing payment. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and only use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Successful payment is recorded with your order. If an availability issue, payment problem, or material listing error affects your order, we will need to resolve it with you. These terms do not remove any refund or other remedy required by law.
Shipping and tracking
The shipping charge is shown in your cart and checkout before payment. Delivery depends on fulfillment and the shipping carrier; no delivery date is guaranteed unless expressly confirmed for your order. Where tracking is added, we provide a shipping or tracking update using the email address associated with your purchase.

For a change or cancellation request, missing delivery, damaged item, or return or refund question, contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. Changes depend on the stage of fulfillment. Keep packaging and photos when reporting shipping damage. We will review your request and any rights that apply; this page does not establish a fixed return window or promise that every request will be approved.

Candle safety
Follow the safety and care instructions supplied with each candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects. Use a stable, heat-resistant surface, avoid touching a hot tin, and allow the candle to cool before moving it. Do not use a candle if its container is damaged.
Website use and content
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders. Our branding, photographs, writing, and other content belong to their respective owners. Visiting the site does not grant permission to reproduce that content for commercial use.
